Recently a friend told me about his recent experience.
Delighted with his new truck, my friend set out early that first morning and reached for his favorite CD for the drive to work. OH NO! The DE is still in the old truck. His wife made a few phone calls.
Later that day the dealer called my friend, “I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I have your CD right here in my hand.” Great!
“The bad news is your new truck doesn’t have a CD player.”
That funny story reminded me of this quote we highlighted recently at a worship service.
